Developing small software applications or bespoke training can require a high level of analysis and planning, skills which are also applicable to ICT consultancy. For a business that does not have a full-time IT Manager and is trying to move their ICT up a notch, the world of ICT can seem very daunting. Drawing on my experience in general business management and software application development, I can help a company arrive at a decision which is appropriate for their needs. Sometimes, it is only a matter of better utilising what they have already! However, when it requires preparing a supplier's brief or specification, my background comes to the fore.

I have been a Member of the Chartered Management Institute for more than 10 years and am also an accredited advisor with Technology Means Business.
