ICT Training

Due to my general commercial background and being a software application developer, it means I bring years of user-experience into the training environment.  This enables the training to be melded to the course delegates' aims plus my being able to provide first-hand examples of pertinent usage.

As a freelance ICT trainer, I specialise in MS Office, MS Access, MS Visual Basic, MS Project, SQL Server and Crystal Reports. Also, I am always ready to receive enquiries about training other applications including bespoke software in a company's roll-out!

Mobility is not a problem and so I am often travelling to various locations around the UK to deliver training. Countries other than the UK would be good too!

Please note that I often tailor courses to meet customer's training objectives. Bespoke training courses can be arranged in many styles Workshops, Surgeries and Mentoring. Such courses can greatly enhance the training as the material is directly related to the software usage by the company's employees.

Soft Skills Training

Whilst a lot of my work is ICT based, I have both a managerial and sales & marketing background which includes Soft Skills training such as Selling Skills.  I still deliver such courses today.
